- 1 cup almond milk milk of your choice
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- 2 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- sea salt
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup almond milk and ¼ cup peanut butter. Add ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup blackberries, 2 teaspoon ground flax seeds, and 1 cup old-fashioned oats. Salt to taste.
