Track
The Track Screen shows your progress on all food recommendations, lets you log servings you’ve eaten, and helps you identify which foods to enjoy and which to avoid.

Review
The Review Screen displays how well you have met the recommendations in the past.

Managing Your Account
You can use MIND Eats without logging in, but you must login in order to use the app on more than one device.
You can delete your data at any time by selecting Delete Account from the menu.
